1. How do I place my order?

A. Register your account on our website then visit home page and search for your desired product, add it to your cart or directly buy it.


2. How can I track my order?

A: login into your account, click on 3 lines on top left corner there you'll see track Order option.


3. unreleased pre order Album/merch available on your website is Including all Charges?

A: No, unreleased Album/merch Charges are exclusive of shipping + Custom duty amount, we don't add Shipping and Custom amount before hand because weight of the Album/merch is unknown before it's officially released so to provide Album at best price first we only collect Album price and when Album arrives in India we collect rest of the amount which is international shipping and Custom duty Charges.


4. How do you contact customers to pay for additional shipping and Custom Charges when they pre order unreleased Album?

A: once you place your order we get your mail id, Instagram username and phone number and through these details we contact you to pay rest of the amount, then you just have to pay the due amount and after that your order will be dispatched to your address, it's an Hassel free process for Customer.


Please note - Album and merch which are officially not released only their prices are exclusive of Shipping and Custom Charges aprat from that ALL old Album/merch selling here is inclusive of all Charges, you don't have to pay additional charges for old Albums and merch, more details are available on the each product page.


5. When will I receive my order?

A. After placing the order the processing time to dispatch your order is mininum 4 weeks and if product is on hand then it'll dispatch within 2 week (if product is on hand then it'll be Mentioned on product page)

unreleased pre order product will arrive after 1 month from the official release date of that product.

Sometimes unfortunate delay may occur if product is stuck with Customs.


6. Do you ship all over india?

A. Yes we provide home delivery service all over India.


7. Can I change my change my shipping address after placing order?

A. Unfortunately you can't change your shipping address directly from the website but if your order is not dispatched then you can request us to manually change your address. To change your address you can contact us on Instagram @kpop.merchindia or you can mail us at support@kopmerchindia.online


8. Can I cancel my order?

A. Unfortunately we do not allow Order cancellation. We're 3rd party vendor and it's not possible for us to cancel order once it's placed so, you'll have to commit on what you have ordered.


9. Can I exchange or return my order?

A. We exchange Order only if you have received wrong product from our end. In such case you'll have to provide unboxing Video of the order from Start till end without any cut.


10. What happens if there is Delivery mishap to my order? (Lost or damage product)

A. We try to pack order as securely as possible from our end so that it doesn't get damage in Transit but unfortunately in rare case if it still manage to get damage or Lost then we don't take any accountability of that product cause it's courier fault, you'll get reimbursement amount from the courier company According to their reimbursement policy.


11. What if I was unable to receive my order and it is returned back to you?

A. If your order is returned back to us then you'll have to pay domestic re-shipping fee so that we can ship it back to you, We request all our customer to provide Correct Shipping Address specially your pincode to avoid such return case.


12. What Payment method I can use to order?

A. You can pay using credit/Debit card, upi Payment, NEFT (bank transfer)


13. Do you accept international Payment?

A. Yes, you can pay using PayPal but 6% PayPal fee will be added. To pay using PayPal Please DM us on Instagram @kpop.merchindia


14. Do you ship Orders Internationally?

A. No, we only ship in India.


15. How do I believe that this website is legit and I'll get my order?

A. We're selling Albums and merch since 2 years and have thousands of loyal customers who are happy with our service. you can check Genuine Review on our Instagram page @kpop.merchindia
